Samantha Sauve
I’ve have been passionate about fitness my entire life. I got my first gym membership at the age of 15. My passion for health and fitness led me to take my first personal training course at the age of 16 when I became a certified personal trainer. Over the years my knowledge and experience continued to grow as I continued to challenge myself through various courses and clinics. I have to say that most of my knowledge comes from trial and error as every year things change and new material is developed. To me it’s not rocket science, it always goes back to the basics:
- building muscle takes time and commitment
- 80% of results come from your nutrition.
- our bodies are our temple, Therefore we must treat them with the utmost care. We must nourish them properly, exercise them to keep them strong and sleep to allow them to rest and recover. Health is the key to happiness.
- you are what you eat , if you want to look like a string bean then eat veggies, if you want to be soft and doughy then eat bagels and donuts and if you want to be a nice cut of lean then eat your lean proteins!
- up to 60% of the human adult body is water. Therefore water is life! So why is it most people don’t drink nearly enough water?
- movement makes us feel great, so why is it we don’t move enough?
- you must be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. If you are in a caloric surplus you will gain weight. So what’s up with all these fad diets? Eat less move more!
I can go on and on! At Sauve Athletics is simple! Discipline Desire Determination!
If that’s you I want you on my team!
